I am not happy with your service. I arrived at your practice 15 mins before my appointment. Because of the parking problems, I parked in front of your car park entrance. For which I told your secretary. I waited some 30 mins. I was informed that you were running late. When the previous client eventually came out. I had to move my car for him to get out, for which I again informed your secretary. This took about 1 minute. On my return, I was informed that you decided to see someone who had a later appointment than me. I will also mention that I handed in a needle that was left in me on the previous appointment. I want a full refund plus travel costs.

I can only apologise for what was failure on our part and completely my fault. A full refund is of course applicable and another consultation arranged if still required. Practitioners do run behind sometimes, particularly if a patient requires more than the time allocated. On busy weekends the parking situation can be tricky but we have no control over this and only two parking spaces in our carpark. Sincere apologies and we will do everything to ensure this doesn't happen again!

I’m 50 years old and never had anything done before. Wayne Chester Davis is a superb human being at first and truly very skilled man. I’ve come away after my first session feeling almost cured. I have to have perhaps few more sessions and all be well after that. It’s been a truly mind opening experience from being “man handled “ to acupuncture and how different I felt at the end of it. Money well spent and I would wholeheartedly recommend Wayne. Thank you very much

Problem with my back
I have always contacted Wayne when I have a problem with my back. I have been to a few chiropractors, and Wayne is the best by far, listens to what you say and sorts your problem out

Would highly recommend Wayne, was in agony, couldn’t get a doctor appointment. The lovely receptionists got me booked in straight away a couple of appointments and was fixed. I felt relaxed and in safe hands.

I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of hands-on treatment. Wayne Chester-Davis is an excellent professional chiropractor who I have been visiting for treatment for around 20 years. From time to time my body goes 'out of sync' and I feel safe in the knowledge that I can rely on Wayne to get me back 'in working order' and out of pain. Friendly no nonsense type of guy.
