We recently purchased a house, shown to us by Tim. He even showed us another property he thought we would like, no other Portsmouth agent did this. The whole process was very efficient. Amazing Service!!
We can’t thank Tim enough for the outstanding service he provided us with throughout the process of buying our first home.
No matter what we needed, whether it was a question answered or something chased, he was straight on it and got back to us the same day with the answers we needed.
We are absolutely over the moon with how quick the process was for us and Tim played such a big part in that.
We honestly can’t thank Tim and the team enough and we are so grateful for everything! Now we can finally enjoy our first home!!

Excellent service
We had been anxious about putting our house on the market having never sold a home before and after living in our then house for 27 years. For us it was not only a practical reason for moving but would also need to be the right agents for us to feel we were making the right decision.
So that’s where Tim, Jamie, Toni and the rest of the team made everything so straight forward but with the personal touch too! The whole process was made easier with their knowledge and skill with selling right through to chasing up solicitors and other estate agents.
We expected a smooth transition but what we got was above and beyond.
We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend their services.

As my local estate agent, Chinneck Shaw were the obvious choice to sell my house in Baffins. From the initial valuation visit by Jamie, they were friendly, responsive and proactive and this continued right up until completion. Due to the market conditions, all my viewings were held on one day and I had a choice of offers which Tim helped me to process without leading me in any direction. In the end, my buyers had to be patient as our ongoing purchase was delayed; Toni managed this situation extremely well and was hugely involved in chasing up our purchase and keeping my buyers informed too. Jamie and the team at Chinneck Shaw were fantastic in planning and organising the sale of my house. After an initial review they had pictures and video tour set up and was live on rightmove within a week.
Then the took total control over a 2 day viewing process and house was sold ??
Although they didn't find my forwarding purchase they constantly kept in contact as knew exactly what I was looking for and never sent me unnecessary properties.
The total process took 5 months to complete as was in a chain of 5 properties but Toni in the sales progression team was super helpful with this process and kept me up to date constantly.
Will definitely use again (although no plan on moving again for a while)
