I felt relaxed and supported

After a bad fall, I realised I needed an immediate assessment of possible damage to my front teeth. I got an appointment with Mayank. I'm nervous of the dentist but he was so professional and reassuring that I needn't have worried. He spent time taking photographs and xrays, all the time he explained what he was looking for and kept me informed. I had a mark on one of my crowns which he carefully polished out. I can honestly say that I felt relaxed and supported throughout the whole experience and can't recommend Mayank enough.

After years of having phobias I was recommended to True Dentistry
Always treated with dignity, respect and encouragement with my dental journey.
My phobia seems to have subsided and no longer dread my visits to the dentist or hygienist

I had a really positive experience at this dental practice and wanted to share it.

I recently had a tooth extraction and was extremely anxious going in, but Mayank was so gentle, kind, and understanding throughout. The procedure itself was incredibly smooth. I genuinely didn’t even realise the tooth had been removed, which says everything about how skilled and reassuring Mayank was.

I was given clear post-treatment guidance and even received a follow-up phone call the next day to check how I was doing, which I thought was such a caring touch.

What stood out the most is that at no point did I feel rushed. Every question I had was answered patiently, and I was made to feel comfortable and supported rather than like I was being a burden or overthinking things.

I’m really grateful for the care I received and although my dental issues aren’t still fully resolved I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you feel nervous about dental treatment.
