Nurse was very good and answered my questions well

The service and with the Doctor to enable it was excellent

Was given my blood results in a professional and clear manner. Awaiting one outcome of one result. But nothing that cannot be resolved.

My son had his immunisations - nurse was lovely and so gentle and kind. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Booked in for a blood test. Was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Great service.

This GP practice from when I first registered 6 years ago has turned around, a more community based service and services along side an excellent GP service of Doctors Bhatia and Gaston.
In all honesty I have not had so much support and well being healing from any other GP practice I have ever had the pleasure to be registered with.
Great team of front line receptionists and medication advice.
My last personal opinion is that this GP is an above excellent model that should be rolled out to other failing GPs in rural areas.

Since COVID, when performance was not very good, everything has improved out of sight! In particular the front of house and telephone service is excellent. The receptionists and prescriptions are excellent and couldn't be more helpful! Getting to see a clinician is still a bit slow. Getting to see a doctor seems to be impossible. When it was a single doctor practice under Dr Diwney you could be confident of seeing a doctor within a few days. There is not that feeling of confidence now. However, on the couple of occasions when I have had dealings with doctors they have both been excellent!

I had concerns over my blood pressure so made an appointment which was a phone consultation, which was ok and recommended that I do a week's worth of tests, hand in to reception and a doctor will call back once the results had been reviewed. No follow up call was received so after a week I contacted the surgery and the receptionist informed me that a doctor would call me in the next couple of days. This never happened so I contacted the surgery again 2 weeks later for them to tell me that I needed to make an appointment which wouldn’t be for another 3 weeks. When I did eventually get called the doctor was quite abrupt on the call, made me feel a bit uncomfortable for raising concerns and asking questions and has made me question whether I would contact the doctors in the future as I was made to feel like I was wasting their time. We are constantly being told that blood pressure is a silent killer and should get checked out if over 150/90 which mine was on a number of occasions but didn’t receive a consultation for over a month from the first call which in itself caused unnecessary stress.

I find the reception team extremely kind and helpful. Recently had treatment for pressure sores and the nurse and doctor took such a lot of trouble over me.
