My Experience

Prescriptions put in for tablets that I have regularly. Appears that GP forgot to put them through to the chemist. Not the first time this has happened. A totally incompetent service. Also waiting times for appointments are a joke.

St James's surgery is superb

Doctor rang me for my usual medication review and confirmed what I thought about my medication and heat intolerance. He was very caring and informative and I really felt looked after. St James has been the best doctor I've ever been with, appointments are not a struggle to get and the staff are always warm and caring. I've raved about them to others whose doctors have been a disappointment but St James's surgery is superb!!

My appointment with Nurse Tupper was excellent she is so nice and explained all that she was going to do for my blood test. Also Nurse Tupper did my Doplar test. She just makes me feel so comfortable when she explains all that she is going to do. Always takes the time to reassure me and makes the test very pleasant.
I think she is so nice and makes me smile with her very pleasant attitude. You don't feel you are taking up her time and always say, 'Ring if you have any issues with the stockings.' Thank you all at the surgery
