On a very hot day the reception area and the surgery rooms were air-conditioned very pleasant. The treatment from the hygienist and dentist were both of the highest professional standard and given with a very pleasant and friendly manner. Would always recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I was really impressed
This was my first time visiting a hygienist. I was really impressed with the work of the student hygienist and his team. He constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and his communication was better than I have had with qualified dentists in the past. Previously I have been uncomfortable at the dentist, as the team would speak to one another about concerns when reviewing my x rays and not communicate with me what they had discussed. This practice made sure I was informed about what phenomena they were observing and any relevant advice. The hygienist made sure to explain each process so I knew what to expect and took great care to make sure I was okay. I highly recommend this practice!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Tocca’s for several years now, and I can honestly say the care I receive is exceptional. The cosmetic treatments I’ve had have given me amazing results, and I always feel completely confident in his expertise.
Yesterday I had a sudden onset of pain and discomfort, and Dr Tocca saw me the very same day. His caring, attentive nature and calm approach made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful to have a dentist who genuinely puts his patients first.

My experience
Unhappy to arrive on time for my appointment (first of the day) only for the hygienist to arrive at work ten minutes later. I then had to wait a further 15 minutes before (after I asked what was going on) before I was called in, with the excuse being it was a computer ‘mess up.’
Not at all happy when I made an early appointment, 08:30, to fit in with my own work commitments, for the staff to not show the same work ethic.
For the first time in over 40 years with this practice, I felt extremely annoyed with the lack of professionalism and also felt the appointment was rushed, brusque and not overly friendly.
Overall, I’m sorry to say, not what I’ve grown to expect from this practice, and especially at the price we pay for a private service.

I had an appointment today 19/05/26
I got quite upset as I haven’t been able to attend past appts due to personal reasons
The main reason my husband dying in January this year and it’s still really raw
I explained this to the Dentist and the hygienist and their assistants. They were all really caring and supportive
I had my teeth done and left feeling brighter so thank you
