An all round fantastic experience, with friendly and accommodating receptionists and practitioners.
Despite a small miscommunication, Khadija and Blu reassured me and adapted to my needs perfectly. They were also extremely informative and gave lots of insight into me teeth and gums during my hygienist appointment; I will absolutely be back.

Highly recommend!

The work of the hygienist and dentist was fine. The only criticism is the timekeeping, on more than 1 occasion I was waiting for at least 15 minutes after my due appointment time. Apart from that I have no other concerns.

The staff are friendly and I have been impressed with excellent service from the dental team here.

They take time to explain everything to you and it makes it easier to understand the process.

I simply cannot recommend and praise Dr Karam Lalli highly enough. Extremely skilled, friendly and approachable, with an incredible eye for detail, he is truly at the top of his game and a very special find indeed.

He takes great time to get to know his patients and their goals, is incredibly attentive, and there are no silly questions, simply nothing is too much trouble! His enthusiasm and dedication to his work is infectious and gives patients enormous confidence and assurance when embarking on any treatment.

I’m truly over the moon with my results, and 5 stars simply do not do Dr Karam justice.Thankyou so much!

Super friendly! Best dentists I've ever been to.

How can I begin to describe how wonderful this place is, how utterly lovely the staff are...I'm someone who has avoided the dentist for years and unfortunately my tooth chipped and I had to get it looked at. To begin with, I had no idea where to go. I phoned a few places and Didcot Dental was the only phone call I was comfortable with and booked an appointment.
Full of nerves, I got to the Studio and was greeted by Frae, a gorgeous, bubbly, friendly person who could not have been more perfect to greet me, calm me, just chat and make me comfortable. She's honestly, whole heartedly wonderful.
Then it all just got better and better, Dr Rizwaan and Alex were fabulous, great fun, listened to all my questions and comments, answered everything and explained every detail. We made a plan and I booked in for a few weeks later to fix my tooth and a couple other old fillings which needed replaced. I went back, greeted again by amazing Frae and had a good laugh again with Dr Rizwaan and Alex. They knew I was nervous, they took their time, made me comfortable and slowly did each section. I really couldn't recommend enough if you're nervous. It was all alot easier than I expected. Now I'm processing, relaxing but smiling because of how well I was looked after. I've been texting Frae since to ask more questions and I feel the care is on going even after my appointment which is just what I need after not being to a dentist in about 12 years. Thank you all for putting up with my drama and helping me to not be afraid of the dentist! See you soon for a check up.

My experience at Didcot dental studio has been a brilliant one. Going to the dentist has never been my favourite thing by a long way, but the welcome, professionalism and attitude at DDS has made the experience a lot better than previous places I’ve been. The studio itself is lovely and the staff are superb from walking in the door to walking out of it the service from all involved is absolutely first class. I went for a hygienist appointment today all was explained to me and I was made to feel at ease, the treatment itself was seamless and the service great, thank you Racchya, Blue and Frae!

Had a fantastic hygiene appointment with Ramya. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. Shreya was also a great support as the dental nurse, friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout. Thank you both for such excellent care!

The whole experience from booking my first appointment to seeing Dr AJ and his nurse Danielle was very professional. Everything was explained in detail, in a manner that I could understand. Alex, the manager then explained the appointment system and booked the appointments for me.
The whole team were very friendly, polite and reassuring. I'm so pleased that I walked through the practice door.

Dr Josephine Bayliss-Chapman is a brilliant dentist, put me at ease immediately with her assistant.

Honestly had the best experience better than any other dentist big thanks to frae who made me feel so confident and comfortable and dr pasha and Zoe who explained everything to me so well!

When I went in, I was very nervous. Frae on the front desk was so down to earth and honestly made me feel so much better, she took the time to explain to me how everything works and showed me through the Monthly plans.
She went above and beyond in my experience at the Didcot Dental Studio
Dr Pasha was also great. He didn’t rush into anything and spoke to me first, making me feel more confident. In the past, I have felt very uncomfortable at other dentists but Dr Pasha, Frae, and Zoe honestly made me have such a good experience and I'm looking forward to returning!

Cleaning was fine, not 100% sure the air polishing is as good as the old methods but the veneers limit what can be done
Also appreciated that the lead hygienist was keen to get her helper to replace gloves after she picked my phone off the floor. That demonstrates to me that she ( the lead) takes infection control protocols seriously and is very professional about her work

After my dental work, at my dental review appointment, when my gums and teeth had time to settle, my dentist AJ suggested a number of options for treatment backed up by actual pictures of my teeth. This allowed me to see for myself what was being suggested and why.
