Dental hygiene appointment: Pleasant initial response from receptionist (Happy Birthday!!) and the appointment was on time today. Both the hygienist and her assistant were welcoming and professional and I felt I got an excellent, thorough session.

Thorough, welcoming and reassuring

Had an appointment with the hygienist Jenny today and she was as thorough, welcoming and reassuring as always. I'm so glad I went as I thought my gums were fine but turns out I had some inflammation in a hard to reach area, so always worth seeing the Hygienist even if you think you are fine.

When I arrived, thinking my appointment was 09:30 am, only to be told that my appointment was 9:45 am. When my dentist came out and collected me, she greeted me kindly, she then went through what was going to take place. Overall my experience was first class.

A hygienist visit

Great welcome even though everyone is busy. Had a hygienist visit today, all was great, even had a bit of a chuckle with the ladies. Easy to book ongoing appointments as well.
