Appointment
Quite disappointed.
My usual dentist referred me to a specialist at the Addlestone branch for a specific root and crown treatment. The specialist had already seen my X-rays and said he could help. I waited a month for the appointment which was a 3 minute ‘consultation’ to confirm what he could do and what I wanted. Neither he nor I learned anything we did not already know and I left having paid a £95 ‘consultation fee’ and booked a ‘proper’ appointment another month into the future. Very frustrating.

Easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to, I had composite bonding done with Jay a couple of years ago which are incredible and have lasted without any issue. And I see Bianca for my routine check ups, who is always just wonderful - perfect balance of professional and personal! It would be very hard to have a fear of the dentist if everyone was like Bianca and Jay!

Invisalign
I have struggled with the appearance of my teeth for decades and then made the decision to embark upon a 2 year Invisalign journey. At the end of the treatment, I used Sync in Addlestone for some composite bonding, which helped re-shape my teeth providing that perfect smile I always wanted to achieve.
I even went on a trial beforehand to see what the potential outcome would be.
The staff were absolutely amazing and my dentist was fabulous! The bonding took a while due to the options I had suggested and I was kept well informed on all stages of the process between watching my Netflix documentaries via the ceiling mounted tv!
I could not fault anything, thank you!
