Outstanding service by Bob and his team. They went way beyond normal efforts when removing the teeth of our greyhound. She was under the anaesthetic for several hours but recovered without any side effects.
They were very kind with our dog, and had excellent communication explaining what was happening throughout.
It really is worth using a dental specialist if your dog has teeth problems, I'm very pleased that we did.
We can't thank them enough for a such a tremendous and committed effort. Thanks again, see you for the follow up in August.

Fantastic service for my 6-month-old Irish Terrier, who had a lower canine growing too straight, which was causing trauma to his upper gum. George, the vet, took us through all of the options available and was very clear and helpful. My pup then had a crown tooth reduction, and while he was “away with the fairies “ as the vet called it, later that day, he was his bright and bouncy self the next day. The follow-up call the next day was also very much appreciated. From our initial appointment booking to the follow-up, I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’d have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this great team.

We’ve never had to be referred to another vet before, so we were a little daunted about what was to come. Our own vet referred us to Vet Dentist, where we were very quickly offered an appointment straight away. From the outset, staff were polite and attentive, communication was clear, everything explained thoroughly, and relevant emails addressed quickly. On the day, we met Vet. Surgeon George Lovin (Mr Partridge was away, I believe, which we were aware of), who was just super. George explained with clarity what our options were, our concerns, and what to expect and cost. We knew our dog was in good hands. We collected our dog at 6 pm, where George went through the whole procedure (crown reduction/pulpectomy)- taking time, after a long day, to fully explain everything, using very interesting, clear images and x-rays. George also answered our questions. George also explained the relevant paperwork for us to sign. The follow-up email and letter to our own vet as to the procedure arrived very quickly (the next morning). It’s quite scary when you find you and your dog in need of unusual vet care, but the brilliance and ability we were afforded by George and the team at this amazing facility was astonishing. Thank you for addressing our worries and for helping our dog through a difficult time. He appears to be recovering well, which makes us less worried! Thank you once again to all. Needless to say, I would recommend Vet Dentist to anyone. Sorry for a long review, but we really do feel very privileged to have been able to have treatment at this facility.

We were referred here after our Labrador collided with another dog on the beach and snapped off his canine tooth. We were impressed right from the word go; the information from the receptionist gave us confidence. George, the vet, was extremely informative and didn’t rush us at all as he went through the options. We handed Eddie over to him, and as he took him through to meet the nurses, we could hear the nurses making a fuss of him. He ended up having the canine extracted as the root had snapped, so couldn’t be saved. We couldn’t praise George enough; he was so gentle and caring towards Eddie and explained everything in detail. We would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone with a dental problem, and can’t thank all the staff enough

The service provided by Vet Dentist was excellent. They were incredibly thorough, taking the time to talk us through the procedure and the medications they would use. They took very good care of our dog, Margaux, who is an anxious dog at the best of times! After the procedure was done, they gave us a very detailed overview of the procedure, which included X-rays and before and after pictures, and were very clear about next steps in terms of after care and ongoing dental hygiene. Thank you to Bob and the team :)

Our 18mo old Labrador had 2 teeth that had broken. I phoned the Vet Dentist and was offered an appointment the next day for assessment and treatment. Dr. Bob is direct, no nonsense, pleasant and patient. He gave us the whole picture and options for treatment. Price was given up front.

I was recently referred to Bob and the team for my 16 year old cat who has dental issues. Olly has Chronic Kidney Disease, high blood pressure and a heart murmur, and it would have been easy for Bob to turn us away as too high risk, but he didn't. Olly has had 3 teeth removed and is so much more comfortable as a result. I cannot recommend Bob and the team highly enough, everyone from Nicola on reception, the nurses who looked after Olly, and Bob himself were all so lovely and professional, and I had regular updates all throughout the day on his progress which was incredibly re-assuring.

Our little Bedlington terrier had to have 2 canine teeth removed. The care and consideration shown by all at vet dentist was excellent, from making appointment and continues after surgery. All staff really cared for her and we were well informed of what and why surgery was needed and care after. Definitely recommend Bob and the team.

My dog had a 10/10 experience here. All staff were professional and welcoming. They really looked after him and provided the perfect level of information prior to the procedure.

Their level of detail and care was above and beyond, they even provided help with the insurance documents.

My dog, Dogric Woofindor, had to attend here for a root canal and capping of a lower fractured canine . First class service from start to finish - keeping me fully informed at every step of the process and the explanation at the end of what had been done and why was extremely interesting and informative.
We are due back in August for follow up radiography and I feel confident leaving my floofy wolf in their care .

I opted to bring my cat to the Vet Dentist after she developed new dental issues, as they did an amazing job sorting out my dog’s fractured tooth a couple of years ago.

I’m so glad that we travelled the two hours to bring her here, as it turned into a complicated procedure with multiple extractions. Bob was brilliant at explaining everything, and was extremely reassuring. I was very happy that my cat would have the best possible care whilst in the clinic (despite her spicy personality!), and she was sent home with plenty of pain relief and clear post-op care instructions.

As soon as the appointment had been made and the confirmation email together with an explanatory/informative video, had been received, we felt some of our apprehension diminish. We would still rather she not had to undergo any proceedure, but as this was inevitable, we felt that she was going to be in good hands.
Post surgery, the viewing of X Rays and a comprehensive hand over process meant that we were able to understand what she had to go though and more importantly, why. We were given everything necessary to ensure she was as comfortable as possible until her 7 day post opp with our own vet. Thankfully, she is thriving.
We would like to thank George and the rest of the team for being compassionate and patient throughout the process. we would not hesitate to use again and recommend the services of Vet Dentist.

From the very first contact, communication was excellent. Everything was clearly explained, and the emails were very helpful, including videos of the facilities, which was really reassuring.

I cannot fault the care and professionalism of VetDentist, Nicola was incredibly helpful throughout always promptly replying emails both to me and my insurance company, always friendly and welcoming both in person and on the phone. The care the whole team provided my little cockapoo Pepper was outstanding, the whole team cared for Pepper and made her as comfortable and happy as possible throughout her time with them. Bob explained in detail what he was going to do, contacted us throughout the day with updates and fully explained all he had done with Pepper and how to continue her care at home.
