Construction took longer than planned but the team made a determined effort to complete the work in time for Christmas, and were helpful, attentive and pleasant to deal with throughout. We started our journey with Happy Building back in 2021 when we were looking for a local architectural designer. They came up with a great design for our loft conversion and submitted final plans to the Sutton planning authority who granted us planning permission. We then went on to use their construction services to build our loft conversion and renovate our house. We are delighted with our new space. As first time renovators, we really valued the comprehensive support provided by the project team and the attention given to the details which were important to us. Very swift response to urgent problem
We needed some urgent work in our bathroom to be completed in a very short time frame. Happy Builders came up with a solution and completed the work very quickly and, more importantly, very competently at a reasonable price.

The passion for good building and desire to do a good job was evident throughout - understandably with big projects, unexpected things come up and when they did, Valter and his management team were always keen to find the most suitable way forward - we are very happy with our new home

Worked with Valter, Ben and Kavitha - great experience in terms of the design - very courteous and responsive and patient with our preferences, while coming up with lots of ideas. Planning permission achieved at first attempt in timescale indicated!

Kitchen Extension Plans and Planning Application
Following an initial phone conversation with Ben to discuss our requirements for a kitchen extension, we were visited by Happy Building's Senior Architect, Anastasia, to discuss options and to take measurements. Within a couple of weeks, Anastasia had drafted two layout options and, following some discussion, adjustments were made and a final layout settled upon and submitted for planning approval a week later. We are extremely pleased with Ben and Anastasia's help with making the process easy and also how quickly it was carried out - they are are always available and quick to respond.

We had nothing but a very professional service from this company. Every member we had dealings with were friendly and knowledgeable. All the communications we had were timely and at every stage were informed of all updates. Our architect, Anastasia was brilliant, very impressed with her ideas (which are better than we could hope for) and her service. We would 100% recommend this company.

Design of single story rear extension and loft conversion
This is the first time we have embarked on a construction project, so we were nervous as it’s a big cost for us. We met with a few architect businesses, but my husband and I felt comfortable when we met Ben, and it was the right decision for us. We had one architect look after us for our project from start to finish; he was really patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. He went through two initial design options then he worked with us to get to a design we were happy with. We were expecting this process to take months, but it moved at a nice pace for us. We couldn't be happier

Anastasia listened to what we wanted and came up with some fantastic plans. She was prompt in her communciation with us and was helpful in helping us decide what changes to make.We really appreciated her eye and design ideas - it was just what we needed to get the project off the ground. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Anastasia and Happy Building.

Draw up plans for ground floor and loft extension, 1st floor bathroom
From start to finish, working with Anastasia at Happy Building has been extremely easy. She is friendly and listens to what you would like and suggests alternatives, so you have options. The online program HB use is excellent and easy to find documents when needed. We are now going into the next phase with them of planning and building applications. All very exciting and really glad to have HB on our side.

It was really nice and easy Dealing with Abbas (Architect) and Happy Building Team. They are skilled and know their job very well. They produced drawings for our semi detached house rear, side and upper extension and came up with really nice ideas in terms of layouts. Very professional and Friendly. Two storey side extension design and planning submission
From the start Happy Building were clear and frequent in their communication allowing myself to be part of the process and give guidance when required. When we met the architect, Jamie, he came to our home and listened to our planned scope and added value in discussion and experienced viewpoints. In the end, we went with a different and better value scope of works through the engagement of Happy Building. Recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very organised systematic process. We felt very able to give our ideas and really benefitted from the time taken to think about how our house could be developed.
