Architectural design services for a double story extension
I first contacted Ben (head of marketing) who was a pleasure to deal with and provided me with a competitively priced package that I was happy with and that met my needs. I was then invited to meet with Jamie (Architect) and discuss my initial design. Jamie had lots of ideas and I could see he was excited to take the Project on. I've been dealing with Jamie for the past 3-4 months and the experience has been great. He's been fantastic in coming up with new ideas and has gone above and beyond. Plans now submitted and looking forward to the next phase with HB. I would highly recommend HB.

Designs for loft extension and extension to living room/kitchen
Abass and the Happy building team have all been very open, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the design and planning phases of our project. The whole process has been made simple and clear and we've been kept in the centre of the process throughout. The financial estimates have been set out in full and there has been no pressure to spend more than we budgeted for. Overall we couldn't fault the process.

Design a house refurb, loft conversion and extension
Happy Building were thoughtful throughout the design process both offering options and also challenging us on our requirements. They didn't just take our idea and draw it which was refreshing. The team have been conscientious and detail orientated.

Architectural drawings, surveys and planning
Our initial meeting with Rommel was excellent. He took his time to go through everything with us, show us examples of previous work and was understanding of any needs we had, for instance working around our children napping etc. Jamie has also been brilliant and talking us through everything, explaining his decisions during the design process and really taking on board what we want and need from our new extension. Costs have always been considered since the beginning and we have been kept in the loop as to how much to expect to pay for each service. We'd highly recommend Happy Building.

Architect/Design
Working with Happy Building through the design process has been a breath of fresh air compared to a previous experience we've had with another Architect. The process we were guided through gave us everything we needed to know about design ideas and impacts on cost which meant we were able to make decisions from an early stage around what was most important features for us. The plans were well presented and we were so happy with the ideas put forward to us by the Architect. We look forward to the next stages with Happy Building!

Redesign/Reconfigure the downstairs
I found happy building easy to work with, Ben was clear on the scope of the work they would co in the Design Phase, there were clear dates and meetings set out from the start, which were met on time, as well as being clear on what was and was not included in the Design stage. Geo was our assigned architect, and he really understood what we needed from the redesign of our downstairs living space/kitchen-diner. Geo gave us 2 great designs to choose from , with lots to think about before we decided on one and then got to work on the tweaks before planning submission.

Happy Building have been great throughout the whole process so far, their online platform allows you to keep on track and be aware of any updates instantly. Abbas, Ben and Fran have been so responsive, friendly and helpful during the site visit and presentation of options. It was great to see how our build will look with photos and detailed drawings and also to hear their suggestions from their knowledge and experience as Architects. Really looking forward to the rest of the process and hope it continues to be as smooth and enkoyable as it has been so far!

Design for extension, loft conversion and 1st floor remodelling
I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of Happy Building. Our architect was Anastasia and she’s fantastic! She listened to our requirements, asked lots of questions and gave some great ideas, that we would have never considered. We couldn’t be happier with our plans and even our neighbours, who extended before us, said that they wish they’d designed the same layout. Personally, I loved that Anastasia didn’t simply go for the most “standard” and obvious solution, but really took time to understand how we’ll use the space. 100% satisfied customer!

Happy Building have been professional and amazing in guiding us design our rear extension. Jamie has paid great attention to the design requests we had and has made sure to incorporate our lifestyle into the final plans. We feel we are getting a tailored experience ensuring we will love living in the final product. Jamie has been quick to communicate, accesible and given clear explanations to our many questions. The team have worked hard to make sure everything is running smoothly and easily for us. We highly recommend them.

Detailed plans/estimates for extension through to submission/planning
We were very pleased with the work Happy Building did for us. The vision and designs put together by Abbas exceeded our expectations, and he really brought our ideas to life. He was patient and pragmatic as we requested amendments to the original plan, and got us quickly to submission for planning approval. Would recommend for any architectural work.

We found the team, especially Geo, very helpful with all our queries. The overall coordination and communication for the design project was superb and we felt that our ideas were always given due consideration and incorporated as much as practicable.

Planning and Design of a first-floor rear extension
Happy Building really took their company name literally, providing a "happy" experience from start to finish. Of the 5+ architects we looked at, they were not only the ones that gave us the most confidence, but also provided one of the best value for money offers. Anastasia came up with great ideas how to make the most out of our relatively small addition to the house, always replied super-quickly, gave helpful advice and guided us through the planning process. Even when the planning officer raised concerns, she was able to find a solution that eventually led to a positive planning decision.

Happy Building recently completed some design and planning work for us, for a rear extension and loft conversion. Abbas and the team made the whole process really easy, came up with some great design ideas, and took care of all the admin for the planning application.

Architecture plans for new kitchen and kitchen extension
We worked with Geo on our architectural plans, and had a fantastic experience. He really listened to what we wanted for the space from the offset, but then turned them into plans that we hadn't even considered, and surpassed our expectations. Our plans are now in with the council, which Happy Building are looking after for us, which takes the pressure off us massively. Overall, it 's been a great and stress free experience.

Drawings for a kitchen refurb
Had an amazing experience with Happy Builders - our architect, Geo, was very responsive and really surprised us with creative suggestions for our kitchen refurb. He took the time to listen to our needs and we felt he understood what we were looking for and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Would highly recommend.

We’ve really enjoyed working with Geo and Happy Building. The service has been brilliant as he listened and understood our requirements, worked within our budget and submitted the plans to the council. We were impressed with the company introduction from Rommel who gave a great insight into the services provided by Happy Building. We were then assigned Geo as the architect for our project. He really listened to our brief / ideas and was very enthusiastic in getting the project underway. Geo produced several different design concepts according to our budget and worked closely with us to get to the planning submission stage. We are really pleased with the final plans and it was a pleasure working with Geo and the team.
