Happy Building do really live up to their name, but not just happy, they are competent and accommodating. Would recommend.

Kitchen extension
Working with Abass at Happy Building was a fantastic experience. One I would fully recommend to anyone. Abass listened to our ideas and helped us to visualise new layouts and possibilities, selecting options that we wouldn’t of considered ourselves.

Utility area and toilet
I had utilised HB's architectural services where they had provided a great service. I then received a very competitive quote from HB and work commenced mid October. Unfortunately, it became very apparent at the beginning that the builder was out of his depth on the project and we were being let down by the lack of professionalism. Always stressful but having HB on your side proved to be a total asset. Not only did they review the services provided but they redid the work to a professional standard and had an array of traders who were deployed to help swiftly. A big thanks to Sophie/ Valter.

Drawings for ground floor extension.
Happy Building London LTD was fantastic to work with. From the start the staff were extremely helpful and helped to explain the process of getting drawings completed and submitted for approval. The architect that handled our particular project was Geo, he was meticulous and thorough, really took an interest in how my partner and I utilise the space in our house and looked to then maximise this all whilst keeping to our budget. Geo was extremely helpful and approachable throughout. I would recommend Happy Building to anyone looking to embark on any kind of home build.

Create plans for ground floor extension and loft conversion.
We were supported by Geo during the process of creating the architectural plans for our project. Geo took time to explain how everything would work and made helpful suggestions to enhance our ideas. This was especially helpful when trying to understand the cost implications of each decision and allowed us arrive at the perfect balance. Would definetely recommend Happy Building.

Planning for a kitchen extension
Geo was exceptional in drawing up the plans for a proposed kitchen extension and re-organisation of the downstairs of our house. Throughout the process he was consistently patient, imaginative and a pleasure to deal with. This was a difficult job in that in the brief involved several unusual accommodations given the special needs of a member of the family but Geo made real efforts to understand and interpret these needs well while delivering the brief. The design is excellent and we would not hesitate to work with Geo again.

Kitchen extension and conservatory converted to a room
Geo Wilkins was our architect on this project and my wife and I couldnt be happier with the service and the quality of ideas/plans we were given. We felt listened to as our ideas were clearly taken on. Plus new ideas were suggested to us which helped tremendously plan our new kitchen/conservatory. The process was efficient and completed in a time frame in advance of plan too.

Architectural design, planning permission and engineers drawings
We decided to work with Happy Builders after a very positive discussion with their client services team. Our project was relatively simple, we wanted to complete a rear extension with open plan kitchen diner and some minor work to our master bedroom. Geo, who was our assigned architect was extremely positive and enthusiastic. He understood our needs and we felt really listened to our objectives. The work he created was good and after selecting one option, we pretty much went ahead to planning with little amends. There was some delay to obtain planning permission, but Geo kept us informed.

Designs for home renovation and remodel for council submission
Really enjoyed working with our architect, Geo Watkins! We felt he really understood our priorities, including our budget, and this showed through in his two initial design plans. While they were very distinct from each other, both managed to tick all our boxes as well as introducing new ideas we had not previously considered. Geo was very responsive and flexible as we worked with him to develop the final designs which was a really enjoyable and exciting process. Managed to submit our plans to the council planning department on time as well! Would highly recommend Geo!

Design/architectural services for complete refurb of a 3 bedroom flat
Very competent and professional engagement from the outset. The lead architect there, Anastasia Atanasova, was thorough and quick to tune into our wishes whilst bringing to life the 'art of the possible'. Superb collaboration throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Happy Building to friends and family, in fact I already have. If you are looking for a personalised experience, where you are put at the centre of the decision-making without having to be experienced yourself because everything is explained in ways that you can relate and contribute, then Happy Building is a great choice.

Happy Building Ltd are very professional in their approach and communication. I am really pleased with outcome of the proposal they gave me and success of the planning permission. Architect Abass and his assistant Chantelle were excellent in paying attention to details and communication ..a big thank you. I also was impressed with the introduction stage and the detailed information given. In all am very happy with the service and the outcome of this stage and will go to stage 2 with Happy Building Company .Highly Recommended Thank you

Design/planning applications for a flat renovation and loft conversion
Abbas and the Happy Building team were fantastic to work with. They were patient and flexible and added so much value to the design stage of our renovation and loft conversion over a period of 9 months, helping us through multiple design iterations and ultimately getting successful planning applications for 2 alternative layouts. Highly recommend!

Geo was our architect for our kitchen extension project, my wife and I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of ideas and range of plans we were given. The process was extremely efficient and Geo was happy to keep revising the plans until we were all happy.

Geo at happy building was extremely helpful and knowledgable when it came to designing our build. He was very enthusiastic about the project and gave us a variety of different options on how to design our home. His communication was excellent, always informing us of any updates and easily contactable if we had an questions or queries. I would definitely use Happy Building again and would highly recommended Geo as the architect of choice!

Kitchen extension and home refurb
I'm very happy to recommend Valter and his team at Happy Building who designed, planned and completed the work on my extension and home refurbishment during 2021. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the work was completed to a high standard.
Valter personally made sure that the project was completed to my satisfaction and the team were a pleasure to work with, making thoughtful suggestions throughout whenever I felt unsure or concerned about certain aspects. I'm glad that I invested the time and money with Happy Building and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Geo Wilkins from Happy Building Co was great and assisted with the design and planning submission phase of a garage conversion to an annexe. He performed a detailed measure up of our property and listened carefully to our requirements before offering up three different proposals for the scheme. Reconfiguration of our kitchen and dining room and garage conversion
Geo listened to our needs and our ideas of what we did and did not want for our kitchen, dining room and utility room. He produced 4 designs which included the things we had asked for and made some suggestions for what he thought would work well in our home. Geo then produced a final design including all the things we liked from the original designs and without the things that we didn't like. Geo submitted the final design for planning permission, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free for us.

Working with Happy building, particularly Geo has been fantastic. They are incredibly open to whatever designs you may have and guide you accordingly. All Plans are agreed after 3 drafts and planning permission was secured in a matter of 12 weeks. Excellent company cannot recommend enough!
