Planning to do a single storey side extension. We found Happy Building's Geo excellent to work with. He explained the process to us, measured our property and produced two possible choices for us, one of which we've decided to go with. We really liked the way he answered all our queries and explained everything to us. We'd definitely recommend the service we received to anyone who's never done building work/planning applications before.

We enjoyed a ‘happy’ experience from start to finish. Happy Building in Cheam, definitely takes their name literally.
We looked at five architects and construction companies, but Happy Building gave us the most confidence in the project — and great value for money!

I had an excellent experience with Happy Building Ltd through the design and planning stage of my extension project. At the outset, Carlotta provided a detailed explanation of each stage of their process and I particularly liked that you received two design plans that included an estimate of costs. This helped ensure my plans were realistic and I wasn't expecting any extreme surprises. My designer, Geo was very creative and thoughtful towards my families particular needs. Everything was done efficiently and with an eye for detail. I was extremely grateful for the several redesigns and support through a stressful planning application.

We hired Happy Building for our loft conversion and rear extension project. The architect, Miles, was very responsive and helpful during the whole process of getting the planning permission. He always keep us updated and in touch with the council with no delay. In fact, our project was quite tricky but he was very patient and supportive at all time. We are so appreciated with his help.

We decided to work with Happy Builders after a very positive discussion with their client services team. Our project was relatively simple, we wanted to complete a rear extension with open plan kitchen diner and some minor work to our master bedroom. Geo, who was our assigned architect was extremely positive and enthusiastic. He understood our needs and we felt really listened to our objectives. The work he created was good and after selecting one option, we pretty much went ahead to planning with little amends. There was some delay to obtain planning permission, but Geo kept us informed.
