I've been a customer of Automatrics (using an MTrack to protect my vehicle) for eight years. Whilst I am pleased to say that I have not had to utilise their services to track a stolen vehicle in this time I have found their customer service to be excellent every time I have made contact. They respond quickly, and do every thing they can to resolve queries and issues.

I’d just like to say a big Thankyou to Richard and Jackie for their professionalism and fantastic customer service. They truly put their customers first which is a rarity these days. My questions were responded to quickly and set up was prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to protect their assets. Thanks again. 👍🏼

The Automatrics team are really easy to work with - responsive and helpful.
The unit is small - super magnetic and easy to place somewhere discreet.
Much happier now this is on the vehicle.

I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF UNITS FOR SEVERAL YEARS , I HAVE BEEN LUCKY ENOUGH NOT TO HAVE ANYTHING STOLEN, BUT ON MANY OCCASSIONS I HAVE FORGOT TO DISARM THE VEHICLE / JETSKI ONLY TO BE PHONED WITHIN MINUTES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK, WHICH IS REASSURING TO KNOW IT DEFINITELY WORKS, IT IS A VERY PLEASANT PERSONAL SERVICE, WELL DONE

Fantastic service, I’ve had my tracker a while now and if anything is amiss they are in touch and if I’ve ever needed anything they have helped resolve any issues immediately, I can’t recommend them enough so much so a couple of friends now have these fitted to their assets. if your still unsure check out their YouTube videos

Extremely grateful for this company. They helped recover my dad’s stolen car and were far more effective than the police, on call any hour of the day/night. Highly recommended.

Last week my worst nightmare came true and it's horrible when you get your TRACKER ALERT and you see men with Balaclavas and axes outside your property......it actually takes a few seconds to realise that, ok, they are gonna get my stuff today.
This is exactly what happened to me. I rang the police and no one came to assist me or help me.
I then said my prayer and called Richard on his mobile at 11pm virtually in tears saying "Richard they took my BJS trailer ".
Richard wasted no time whatsoever and my Trailer was exactly where Automatrics Software suggested it was.
It was hidden discreetly behind walls, no one would have ever found my trailer and I'm certain it was going overseas probably to Ghana .
Richard came out personally to my property super fast and he knew exactly where my trailer was and the police came out to assist once they knew the stolen trailer had been located.
If it wasn't for Automatrics my business would have totally crashed and I would have been ordering a new BJS trailer which currently has a 8 week waiting list on it.
I cannot recommend anyone else in UK that would have done what Richard did for me and my family he wasn't afraid or scared at all by visiting the thief's home at midnight trust me when i say this Automatrics subscription is 100% priceless for me and the service they are offering is exceptionally bulletproof.

They can be relied upon to deliver what they say they can.

I have 2 high end motorcycles protected with Automatrics products. They alert me if anyone touches the bikes. The product is fantastic and has RF tracking as well. Look up Automatrics on YouTube in which actual theft recovery operations are filmed. Then there’s the customer service. It’s second to none. It’s more like a family who run it than a normal everyday company. 24 hrs a day I can send a message and get support almost immediately. If there’s a problem they will fix it. I had a problem today which was resolved straight away. An outstanding product with an outstanding company.

Like other reviews I eventually got on the waiting list for a tracker. Arrived in the post and had lots of help from Automatrics to help set up. Easy to install in the vehicle. I’ve since moved it to my new car. The help over text is superb and very helpful. Could not recommend Automatrics enough. Hopefully I’ll never have to use the tracker but great peace of mind in case the worst happens.

After seeing some of Richard's recovery operations on YouTube, I enquired about getting a tracker as my current one was only GPS enabled. I was put on a waiting list until a unit became available. I received a call a couple of months later telling me one had become available and I bought it.

Arrived next day, easy Install, and support from Automatrics staff was great. Very pleasant and easy to deal with. Very confident in the service offered by automatrics should the unthinkable happen.

Just bought an Automatrics M Track tracker , Spoke to Jackie who was very informative and polite. Discussed what would be the best product for my 2010 Range Rover Sport .
It was posted the following day ! Rang up and spoke to Jackie again after installation and tracker was activated. Overall very easy set up and very pleased , plus a subscription for 12 months was needed . For the money, very competitive.

This business is world-class. We had our car stolen two years ago and when we replaced it, we used Automatrics and their tracker services. Fast forward two years, we had our car stolen again. This time we retrieved it within 12 hours. The police were utterly useless as usual but Automatrics answered the phone immediately, told us the next signal from our dormant tracker would be sent out at 5:32 am. At 5:35 am, they texted the location of the car (which was being "flushed" 5 miles away) and by 6 am, we had retrieved it. A very, very efficient, cost-effective, professional, helpful business that I couldn't recommend highly enough.

I couldn’t recommend this company more. They really look after their customers. Luckily I never had to use the tracking facility, but over the years the device was installed they made sure it was always set up and running as it should, just in case.
