My BMW S1000rr got stolen I called Automatrics to let them know that my bike was stolen. They were amazing. They found my bike quickly and it was such a difficult location to locate. My bike had cut battery cables and disconnected fuses and plugs. Danny put everything together the bike started with. I am so grateful. Highly Recommended.

Excellent product with fantastic support.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the peace of mine from knowing yourself and the other team members are at the end of a phone or an email should you be needed.
The level of service provided by Sandra and the team are exemplary and set an incredibly high standard for others to follow.
Everything from setting the unit up to needing additional spare parts has been simple and easy.
I truly hope never to need the team but I know they are readily available, should they need arise. Thank you.

Faultless
I have been a customer of Automatrics for the past 3 years.
In my experience, what they offer and the backup you receive is absolutely second to none.
From the unit through to the people who make it all possible are all A1. I particularly found the youtube videos posted by Automatrics to be very interesting, informative and reassuring, knowing that the staff actually mobilise and track down your kit is very good to know.

Demolition grab found
Grab reported missing at 0700 on Monday morning when lads got to site. Automatrics and police informed within 10 mins, by 0730 automatics had found the grab and informed the police of its location. Police found the grab and took possession an hour later. Great job done by all involved.

Roller stolen and recovered same day thanks to Automatrics
We arrived on a site in Kent at 07:30am this morning to find out our roller had been stolen. Checked the Mtrack tracker and its last update from 01:00am saying it was still on site but having checked this was not the case.
Sent an email to Automatrics explaining the situation and was quickly called back with a new update to a new location of the roller in Essex. We arrived at the new location and recovered our roller all in working order.
Thanks to Automatrics we recovered our roller and had it back in our yard before lunch time. 100% well worth the investment thank you.

Plant trailer stolen in early hours, got it back the next afternoon with help from Automatrics.. located to within a few metres into safe hands of the police.. thank goodness.

The Best Around
We have had Automatrics trackers for a few years now and have always found them super help and easy to communicate with.
Unfortunately, we had to call on them because we had a break in and a machine was stolen, we got straight on the phone and they located it to a certain area. Richard said he was on his way to home in on our machine and so he did, Richard dealt with the police and found our machine in the back of a van.
We got it back and couldn't thank Automatrics enough for their commitment to the recovery and keeping us in the loop of what was happening.
These trackers are the best out there and save me lots of sleepless nights.

I can't express enough how thankful I am for Automatics, without them I would have no transport. I live 8 miles away from my closest family member and without Automatics I would have nothing. Wonderful company to deal with.
I bought a rather expensive Lexus car and decided that I really needed to protect it with a tracker. Automatrixcs provided a wonderful personal service. Easy to contact and everything was done effortlessly.
I was with them for just under two years when, unfortunately, due to illness I have had to sell the car. I returned the tracking device and was given an instant refund. I cannot stress highly enough what a great company this is to deal with.

Been a customer of Automatrics for 2.5 years now, with one of their units in my motorbike. Fortunately my bikes yet to be stolen so I cant speak for their recovery service, however the customer care service and professionalism from Automatrics over the years has been phenomenal.
Every time I've been in contact with them, they've made me feel like a valued customer, and they truly do go above and beyond to ensure you get the absolute best service.
I cannot recommend this company enough. An absolute delight to deal with.
