Worth Every Penny
We have used Automatrics for a number of years now and during this time we have managed to recover three stolen machines thanks to the help of Richard and the team. Without their tracker system these machines would have been lost for sure.
Automatrics are very quick to respond to a query or a theft and will do their utmost to recover the stolen plant. I would thoroughly recommend them as a means of tracking valuable items.

Peace of mind at an affordable price
I have been a customer of Automatrics for a number of years and have always received a reliable and quality service, their customer service department always respond quickly to any questions and have been a pleasure to deal with, I have always felt confident that my asset was protected using their equipment, fortunately I have never needed their help to locate my vehicle, but there are many videos on YouTube that show how efficiently they recover stolen vehicles.

Brilliant
Amazing team. Amazing device. So good I have three units fitted to machines. When one machine got stolen at about 04:45 in the morning, it was tracked immediately and with the use of what3words the machine was recovered within the hour, tucked away in a boggy field quarter of a mile away from a road. Would definitely buy again if I needed a forth.

With the stress of our major theft to have the support of Richard and his team to recover our machines when all around was chaos brought relief to a horrible day.
The girls on the end of the phones were amazing but the system really works , really nice professional people.

Very efficient and effective
I always felt safe knowing my Motorhome was being constantly monitored, and so sensitive that even if I went in to get something it became noticed.

Fantastic Customer Service. Faultless Team.
I recently purchased an MTrack Proactive unit. The technology itself is fantastic but unfortunately I ended up with a dubious unit that had a few problems. That said, the team bent over backwards to try and fix remotely (regardless of the time or hour). In the end, they shipped me a new unit and things are now working perfectly. Although the experience should have been a questionable one, I came away satisfied and impressed with the team’s commitment to help out and make sure that in the end I was 100% happy. They never missed a call and were always there to assist, even proactively. Fantastic team.

Stolen bike (again)
My bike just went at 4am in morning- heard it rev up and go. Went out to find my lock in 2 pieces on the road. This is the first time it’s gone since fitting the tracker. I looked at my Automatrics app and realised that I was an idiot and had forgotten to arm it the night before.
Called the police and called Automatrics. The call to Automatrics was immediately picked up by Richard who travelled up to search for it. By 6.50 it had been located (the tracker having come out of sleep mode) and the police were calling to say they had found it. What they didn’t bother to mention was that they only attended and re-acquired it because Automatrics had liaised with them behind the scenes and told them exactly where it was! I turned up and the police left. Richard returned to meet me and arranged a recovery vehicle. Dropped the bike off at a garage local to me by around 8.30.
The whole experience of losing the bike, finding it, and getting it back to a repair shop took around 4 1/2 hours. Utterly brilliant service.

Customer service has been absolutely fantastic, from ordering info and install, Postage was fast too.
I looked at many different tracking option and decided to give Automatrics a go and so far they have been spot on.
The tracking unit looks and feels like a quality item and the fixings are spot on.
Highly recommended, also their YouTube channel is worth a watch to see the dedication from the team and also a great recovery rate.

Tracker fitted to mobile drilling rig
Following a series of thefts within our industry I purchased the mtrack for two reasons; firstly so I could sleep at night without the worry of my mobile drilling rig being stolen and secondly if it was stolen then I knew I had a pretty good job of recovering my rig, which was extremely important because our rigs are not manufactured any more

From start to finish the team at AutoMatrics have been top notch. The purchase and install was straight forward and to the point.
When it came time to use the unit in all seriousness, Richard was on to it within minutes. His communication was clear and concise. The unit has easily paid for itself and more already. This tracker will be on all my motorcycles, here and abroad.

Fantastic Customer Service
I've had the proactive trackers attached to my two motorcycles for a year now, and whilst thankfully I haven't needed a recovery, the service from these guys has been fantastic. They're always ready to help, whether it's a parked motion sensor that is getting triggered too much by passing traffic, or a unit reset required because you forgot to deactivate before setting off. The team are friendly and professional and I really can't recommend them enough.

Perseverance
I woke up on Monday to find my Range Rover Auto-B stolen. Called Automatrics and then the police. Never seen such amazing effort and perseverance. The guy from Automatrics drove down to locate the car and was in constant contact with the police providing location info into the early hours. Picked up my car the next afternoon from the police pound with a broken back passenger window and some dislocated interior panels- a quick fix at my local garage.
Can't thank these guys enough.
