I think the best endorsement I can give for the service Automatrics provide is that I notified them first, not the police, as I saw my car being driven away. I knew that the call to the police would take a while; getting through the IVR, the questions and ultimately to the point where they would respond.

I wanted to make sure Automatrics knew the car was stolen and that they were tracking it. They responded immediately, confirming the car was in motion and being tracked.

I then called the police and gave them Automatrics' details.

20 minutes later Automatrics sent the message, beating the call from the police, to say the car had been recovered. I then received the call, whilst at the same time Automatrics sent an email summary of the tracking, route the car had been taken and the location it had stopped.

I am certain thieves would still have my car today if not for Automatrics. I now have it back, with no damage and no need for an insurance claim.

Couldn't recommend them more if I tried.

I found Automatrics via there YouTube channel. I highly recommend they keep publishing those vehicle recovery videos as they are the proof in the pudding of the device doing what it is meant to do.

Excellent company. Customer service up there with the best. Tracker unit costs more than some others but self install and the personal service I have received makes it the go to tracker for me.

Automatics Mtrack responded very quickly to our plant theft, the system is very good and allowed us to locate the piece of plant twice before the police secured the area to allow us to collect it, on the back of our recovery a farmer had a stolen tractor recovered.

When my bike battery was drained dead got text alerts straight away informing me battery was dead as I didn't know it was. After doing a lot of research online about trackers and tracking companies Richard and Automatrics stood out above the rest for the quality of the trackers and the company itself. I would say 100% this is the best tracker and highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying one, Richard and his staff are a pleasure to deal with.

I've used this tracker for more years that I can remember, I've always had great service and the way they've set it up for me and helped with arming/disarming when I've forgotten is great. There were a few occasions where I moved the car before disarming and I was contacted quickly.

A million times better than the useless Tracker I used before.

1 ton dumper stolen from our yard, thieves appeared to attempt to mask dumper in case it was trackered but it was eventually brought out in the open and tracked by Automatrics. They went the extra mile to drive to North Wales, confirm the "track" , review the location and meet police to retrieve the stolen dumper.
Couldn't ask for anything more, Their tracking equipment does exactly "what it says on the Tin".
Would highly recommend their products.

I would like to thank Richard and the team for the retrieval of my M2 and for finding another chop shop, they did an amazing job, I very much doubt any other tracker company would have been successful. The thieves were professionals and quickly stripped much of the loose trim trying to find a secondary tracker, if it was hard wired the car would never have been found, the self powered unit is so versatile and almost impossible to find if fitted securely. Even though I no longer own the car it is now back on the road after re-assembly. Looking forward to seeing it again????

I did my research and the Automatrics tracker was the best of breed. I own an expensive Harley and only wanted the best. The team at Automatrics were helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and responded promptly too. After purchasing the tracker and having it specially fitted by their approved technician all was fine.

The placement of the tracker on my bike was a little tricky and we thought we'd got away with it, at least until a rather nasty pothole proved otherwise. The tracker unfortunately was written off. This was quickly replaced by Automatrics and this is where their customer service really kicks in. They made sure everything was fine and all had been put right - something which most other companies you'd fight tooth and nail to get from them.

So for me, it's a big thumbs up to Automatrics. Please consider them carefully for all your tracker needs.

I was attracted to the ease of installation of the product and to how it preserves the originality of the vehicle.What I didn't expect was the friendly, flexible and helpful attitude of the Automatrics staff. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Every day service:
Automatrics trackers are fitted to your vehicle without having to be attached to the battery (very long battery life) and so are excellent for avoiding detection by thieves. There is an online application that allows you to track your vehicle and is monitored by the team for any suspicious activity.

Above and beyond:
My motorcycle was stolen from my residential car park in the small hours of the morning. Richard from Automatrics sent me a text as soon as my bike was appearing in an unknown location then called me to alert me. When I confirmed that my bike had indeed been taken, Richard was straight on the road to track it down. He liaised with the police and the Automatrics team kept me updated on the progress of the recovery. My bike had been stored in a locked shed and it was only thanks to Richard's persistence with the police/council that my bike was recovered along with another bike that had been stolen. To speed up the recovery process, Automatrics also paid for my bike to be recovered to a local garage in good time. Without Automatrics my bike would probably not have been recovered so I would like to give a massive thank you to everyone at Automatrics, a truly amazing level of customer service.

Awesome and quick response. My R1 was stolen at 11am on 3rd May and Richard from Automatrics recovered it by 230pm the same day! Thieves destroyed the ignition barrel so they even paid for it to be sent in a recovery van directly to my mechanic on the other side of London not no extra cost to me! Absolutely exceeded my expectations!

Reported the bike stolen, within minutes they sent me updates on where my bike was at. They worked with the police to gain an arrest. Tracker uses genius technology thanks to having GPS, GSM AND URF. On a good day GPS would give you the location pretty much. But in those bad days where you cant get GPS. GSM locate the motorbike or stolen goods within an area. You can then use the radio receiver to home in on the stolen goods. Bullet proof.

They did their job. They even made a vlog about my bike :) I'll be continuing my subscription with these guys.

Price for me. £99 pounds for the tracker and then £16 per month to monitor it.

After watching their service on YouTube I was drawn towards this company. I feel confident that my pride and joy will be protected ( my car).

When the police aren't prepared to do anything about a stolen motorcycle unless a tracker is fitted, there is only one option - fit a tracker!

From the start, I was impressed with Automatrics, both the quality of the product, and the reports of good customer service.

When my motorcycle was stolen in November 2017, within moments I had a call from them (and an SMS) letting me know my bike had moved without me knowing about it.

With the police notified, my bike was recovered 18 minutes later.

It really is that simple. Get a tracker fitted in an inconspicuous location, and get your bike back quickly.

Just a word of thanks to you and Richard for all your help monitoring the van while it has been stuck in France. It has given me peace of mind to keep my eye on what was happening.

The whole breakdown of my motorhome and getting home was a nightmare. The recovery firm I was insured with were useless. The night it broke down they abandoned me, my colleague n dog on a street corner. We had to find accommodation for the night and the following day I had to make all the arrangements to get us to Calais and a friend to drive from the Wirral to Calais to pick us up.

My confidence in the recovery firm was pretty low by the time I arrived home n so your support over these last couple of weeks has been a huge help.

So thank you again. The tracker worked so much so that I was outside the garage as the transporter arrived with the van on the back.
