Excellent service
During the Administration of a national business, a number of plant items that were due to be auctioned were stolen. Automatrics responded extremely quickly to the initial call to them, and worked hard and proactively in order to do all they could to achieve the return of the stolen items.
Their committed efforts were much appreciated.

Amazing service and an incredible recovery
Automatrics has always had outstanding communication and service, often reminding me with texts and calls my bike was moving with the unit alarmed.
Last year, my bike was actually stolen and they performed tracking and sent a recovery team which went well beyond my expectations leading to them to reclaim my pride and joy from an underground carpark in a London estate.
YOU LITERALLY CANNOT ASK FOR MORE WITH A TRACKING COMPANY A+++++++++++++++ Highly highly recommended!!!!

Without Automatrics It would have been hopeless
The service at Automatrics is incredible! After them informing me that my machinery had been stolen, it was then recovered by them within 24hrs.
Without Automatrics I would have had no chance.

Outstanding
I'm an Automatrics' customer living in Canada. I used the company's services to track items both locally and internationally. I was impressed by the trackers' performance. They lived up to my expectations.

Fantastic Service
Within hours of reporting our £25,000 JCB Excavator as being stolen we received a GPS location. The machine was found hidden off the road, in a field behind a building. Fair to say it would never have been found without the Automatrics unit!

Great Service, delivered on promise of recovering plant
As a company we started using Automatrics since purchasing our new batch of machines in mid 2015 due to recommendations from a another local business. since placing the trackers on our machines we have been extremely pleased with the level of service we have received from Richard and the team.
Recently we had a machine stolen from our Construction site on a weekend. Due to the professionalism and diligence of the Automatrics team the machined was tracked down and found on the same day. The level of service we encountered and the reactions of Automatrics was extremely satisfying to see and the result of retrieving our excavator speaks volumes of the tracker itself.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to put Trackers on their property.

Having used Automatrics since 2010 I have nothing but great things to say about the friendly helpful service received from Richard and the team.

Amazing find and recovery - beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended!
My motorbike was stolen from a secure underground car park and Automatric's recovery team managed to not only find it in a locked underground garage in an estate, they also managed to help get it out and recovered, you could not ask for more.

Excellent customer service for a relatively small company
Whilst I can only comment on the initial service I've received (as my bike hasn't been nicked.. Yet)
I can definitely recommend them for 1 to 1 customer help, very friendly very helpful with quick correspondence replies and professional conduct.
I hope they'll be as efficient and swift in returning my bike if the worst ever happens!
But judging from the youtube videos I'm more than reassured I've picked the right tracking company.
Hopefully the mapping interface will have a front end update in the near future but it still does the job required
Maybe allowing the end user a bit more control of their tracker? Remote configuration for power states etc? Anyways all minor suggestions overall very happy.

Top quality product only bettered by their service
I have been dealing with the UK based Automatrics since 2010 from the other side of the world in Tasmania and I would have to say that I have found their products to be of the highest quality, only bettered by the backup service Richard, Melanie and Jackie provide. They are always very receptive to my needs with lightening quick responses, no matter what time of the day and night.
I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Automatrics, so if you have something valuable you want monitoring, the Automatrics team have the solution to provide you with the peace of mind that your assets are being monitored safely, so you don't have to.

Two motorbikes recovered
Have been using Automatrics for a while and recently my motorbike was stolen. It was recovered within a few hours. Stolen digger & trailer
Richard and Automatrics were right on the game when my digger & trailer were stolen at the of April this year, he texted me within minutes of it moving and we was able to retrieve it within 3 hours of it being stolen, I have no doubt that without Richard and his Automatrics team we would have lost the digger & trailer, a big thanks to Richard and his team.

Even better than expectations
My bike was stolen early hours of a Sundar morning, from within a secure gated parking facility, chained and disc-locked on both wheels. Automatrics were able to locate the bike within minutes and guided me throughout the process of calling the police, reporting the incident, insurance aspects, etc. They also pro-actively worked with the police via telephone and managed to secure recovery of the bike within 5 hours of me calling them - and most of this time was mainly the police following their procedures of investigation, location and recovery. An arrest was made too, which sweetens the deal. Richard and his team were very good with calling me up to to give updates or just ask how things were progressing. The end result is a very satisfied customed who always recommends Automatrics tracking to everyone I know who owns a motorcycle. The costs match the value, the 3 members of staff I've dealt with have all been really knowledgable, helpful and very effective. 5 stars in all areas are well deserved!

Excellent Customer Service
I left the UK in August 2015 to travel by motorcycle around Australia and South America. My bike is fitted with an Automatrics device both for security and GPS tracking. The personalised service provided by Richard and the team at Automatrics has been simply first class. Always at the end of an email or text contact 24x7 and always helpful. The unit itself has survived some seriously rough terrain. Overall top quality.
