I wanted to say MASSIVE THANK YOU for successfully recovering my bike for the second time this year. Please pass this onto Jackie, Mel who updated me instantly what was going on and especially Richard who found the bike and stayed there with the bike till the last minute I showed up to pick it up. Your team is simply amazing.
As it was not the only bike nicked retrieval of my bike lead to recovery of the two others and perhaps prevention of further few. Automatrics MTrack is amazing in fighting organized vehicle theft and as I see the best available on the market in recovering stolen vehicles.

Delivering Happiness!
I have been using Automatics for about 2 and half years now and have been very pleased with them. The system itself is easy to install and requires pretty much no maintenance.
Last week my bike got stolen. Even with the remote alarm not set Automatrics managed to locate my bike. Not only that, they travelled a good distance in the early hours of the morning to do so, and waited there until I arrived.
Having this product is a no brainer. When you realise your motorbike is gone you can be rest assured they will help you locate it.
I wholeheartedly recommend Automatrics. Great value for money, extremely friendly and professional service - these guys truly deliver happiness!

Perfect service, amazing response.
I have been using Automatrics for the last nearly two years, as my previous bike have been stolen decided to invest into a tracking device.
So the choice was mtrack from Automatrics, very good and professional service over the phone, nice and easy install.
Had my bike stolen some times ago, again, this time with the tracker, the response was brilliant after reporting stolen was found next morning.
So over all, very professional.

We contacted Automatrics in 2007 and were presented with their Thatcham Quality Certified systems which met our insurance needs and also gave us live system reporting and transference flexibility. By the end of 2009 we had switched our entire fleet to Automatrics and have not looked back. They continue to closely manage and deliver on all of our fleet tracking needs in a proficient and experienced manner. They have definitely helped us improve theft recovery performance with equipment and their 24 7 support services, proving themselves up to the job time and time again with an incredible reliability even 7 years on. I recommend the products and services of Automatrics to any company wishing to protect and manage their assets. They clearly care about their clients and work hard to ensure we are happy.

A professional and caring supplier
We have been using Automatrics since 2010, we have been impressed with their proactive and innovative approach and can contact them at any time whilst remaining confident that they will do their utmost to continue to perform in all our theft recovery operations. What is additionally helpful is that Automatrics have built up a support network to include PANUI and AVCIS, this has further helped us with fraud and recovery. Having used Automatrics tracking systems for a number years now on a range of road vehicles, trailers, vans, overseas shipments and high value Formula 1 cars, I have benefited from complete peace of mind in knowing where my assets and, very importantly, my clients vehicles and assets are positioned at all times. On a number of occasions when vehicles and shipments have been moved unexpectedly I have received an almost immediate call or message from Automatrics staff checking with me that movements are authorised. With cars and equipment travelling overseas I have also benefited from the peace of mind of being able to use their website to actually see where a car or shipment is at any given time. During my association with Automatrics, I have received nothing but the highest levels of service and security and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with vehicles, equipment and possessions that require 24 hours tracking. I would like to thank Automatrics for their help in recovery of our truck, trailer and attached plant that was stolen form site. They provided great help and information which lead us straight to the equipment which had been parked up a quiet side road 5 miles from where it was stolen, I am without doubt that without Automatrics MTrack unit we would never have seen over £70k worth of kit again, but as it turned out it was back in the depot within 3 hours! Thanks guys!
