I just want to say a very big thank you to everyone who cared for and supported me and my Mum during her stay at Harpwood. You always treated my Mum with dignity and respect and took the time to chat with her and make her smile. In particular, you made her 92nd birthday extra special which really means a lot. I visited over 15 homes when trying to find a care home and Harpwood stood out head and shoulders above any of the others for care. This was reflected in my Mum's care. She was so frail and weak towards the end of her life but she always had a smile on her face. She went quietly and peacefully and now she's running free. Thank you so much once again.

To all the team and staff at Harpwood, a home R was so happy to be, because of not just the care but the love you all gave to him. He was so proud to show all visitors his lovely home, you always took so much time when I visited R. You all became an extension to his family. I could never put into words how happy he was. As he always said, "I am home", that was Harpwood. I will always keep my special feelings for you all.

Nothing is too much trouble
I am convinced that there is no better place for my Dad to be.
He is safe, happy, healthy and is treated with care, ensuring he loses none of his dignity or individuality. It is a wonderful home from home. They seem to really love him as if he were one of their own family. I really don't think they realise how special that is to relatives.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the kindness they show to residents and their families goes beyond anything I have encountered anywhere else.
The management are amazing, always available to help you in any way they can, sometimes just for a chat, or for important issues. They are never too busy to listen
