Thank you for all the compassion and care you gave my Mum whilst she was in your care. I know she was not an easy resident, the dementia changed her completely. She was always treated with care, even at difficult times. The love and care shown to her over the last few days by all the staff was humbling. We as a family are extremely grateful.

Thank you is such a small word for something you did for us that was so big. Surprising and wonderful, we couldn't take it all in. The lovely meal, the wishes, the banners, balloons and two cakes (oh the cakes!), it was all so beautiful that we didn't want it to end. We are so lucky to have made such kind friends, you should run the world, you have so much care and understanding and are so lovely. The carers melt our hearts when we watch them, so kind and gentle, no wonder the home is such a happy one. We really have found N's happiness with you is taking some of the sadness away of separation and I haven't seen one person caring who doesn't smile. So thank you from all of us to all of you at Harpwood.

I cannot thank Harpwood for the love -care and support they gave my dad
Sadly my dad lost his life on 4th April
I was there for three week priory to be there for my dads last journey
Harpwood have so much love - care and support and was there till my dad last breath
I cannot thank all the staff for there care - love - understanding and compassion
No one should have to go through this journey
But sadly life has to sometimes to do this journey and Harpwood care home makes this so special

I do voluntary work there all day on Tuesday's. It's a lovely home with caring staff & the food is good & the rooms are clean & tidy. You can also sit outside in the summer. The grounds are lovely too.
