To all the staff at Shedfield lodge,
Unfortunately, i have been unable to visit since my mum's death last christmas. I have so many memories of the years i visited her and the care she received.On September 5th she would have been 90 years old and i know you would have all made a fuss of her terribly although her final years were not easy. Thank you all again for all you did for her, it's been strange not visiting weekly . I've driven by a couple of times. Emotional. Best wishes to you all.

I just wanted to thank you again on behalf of the group for the excellent talk last night.

I am sorry we didn’t have more attendees. Unfortunately, two have had recent contact with Covid cases and, though LFT negative, did not want to risk bringing Covid to your environment. Another was on an emergency call out. It was particularly good to come to your excellent training facility. We are currently in the temporary Fire Station and it is not properly equipped for training. Once the new Fire Station is built I understand there will be proper facilities. Coming to Shedfield Lodge will also help a couple of our newer responders who have not attended before – and one who has but got lost! We all learned a lot last night. Your talk was pitched just right - a lot of information and some sound practical advice – which was just what we wanted.

Care and attention

We can never thank you enough for the care and attention that you gave to Dad. It was always above and beyond job descriptions. Your attention to detail was always much appreciated. We remain forever in your debt (but no more bills thanks)

Dedicated and compassionate care

It is difficult to put into words the depth of our gratitude for the immense kindness and warmth staff showed towards us, the family - and for the dedicated and compassionate care given to J and the genuine affection shown to him throughout the time he spent at Shedfield Lodge, especially during his last days. It gave us comfort then during a very sad time and it gives us great comfort now to know that he was in such kind and caring hands. The words 'thank you' do not seem enough - but they came from the bottom of our hearts.
