Very straightforward, thorough and helpful

I found the initial processes very straightforward, thorough and helpful. Everything was explained to me so that I could understand the problems in my neck, and the impact this was having on my hands and how I could also help myself. I am looking forward to my first practical session following on from my initial assessments with my chiropractor.

Thorough investigation of my condition

I have had only one appointment so far but I was impressed by the physiotherapist's thorough investigation of my condition. She also took time to explain what the problem was and how it would be treated.

Doctor Sophia is amazing. Doctor Sophia is change my life! She is extremely professional and very talented person, I hate visiting many others doctors before her, no one is even similar, I'm visiting her from 2 years the only thing I can said doctor Sophia is just amazing.

I felt that I was listened to

I felt that I was listened to and two treatments were given to see if they helped. Initially I felt improved as I left my appointment but the improvement did not last for long.
