I've had 1 consultation which I found extremely helpful. I have 2 more over the next few weeks. The exercise regime is hard and painful at times but worth doing when it gets you up and active again.

Understood me very well

Very good service the lady understood me very well. I tried a couple of exercises at the clinic and have to have a couple more sessions to see if I can get a result, but all in all 5 star.

Didn’t do it for me

It’s such a shame as I was desperate for back relief so when my nhs doctor referred me to a Tadley chiropractor I lived in hope. 30 mins each session which I was impressed with but same old back stapler and acupuncture did nothing at all. Sent exercises that didn’t download. Very disappointed. I was encouraged to do more involving my back, but it made it worse, much worse. Not for me I’m afraid.

Our service is integrated with the Hampshire Backs NHS Service. Patients are triaged to our care to receive advice, exercises, manual therapy and acupuncture in line with national guidelines. No treatment works with everyone and those who do not do well with this are offered further specialist assessment to see if other treatment may help.
