I have been suffering from my right shoulder, arm, neck in the last 30 odd years, I received so many treatments from different sources through NHS which I cannot compare to the treatments I had received from Sophia Bramwell-Reeks, she is the best, she seems to know my pain more than myself, she is so helpful and very caring. After all my sessions I would rate my pain to be 90% better.

All in all was a very nice experience
Manuela was really nice and friendly which helped me relax. She also was very thoughtful and professional. Explained her findings and was very clear with all the information she gave me. Even when I was nervous about having acupuncture, she made me relax and asked me several times whether I was okay to carry on and try the treatment without any pressure. The receptionist when waiting was very friendly and talkative. All in all was a very nice experience.

The referral was held up by delay in the triage service before they decided our care was the most likely to help you.
We are consistently offering appointments within 10 days of receiving a referral.

Phil was easy to talk to, had preread my notes and had good understanding of my problems. He explained everything very clearly. I had a few test to benchmark my treatment against and then, tigether, agreed a treatment plan.
