Physiotherapist was excellent
Excellent professionalism throughout.
1. After initial appointment was made via the phone, an email was sent to me straight away to confirm. Then, a week before the appointment date I had phone call to remind me and confirm the appointment, and finally another email was sent on the morning of the appointment for another reminder.
2. At the appointment, I was seen quickly and the Physiotherapist was excellent in her assessment of me. Explaining to me the objectives of the assessment and keeping me informed throughout and helping me to understand what my possible issue is and giving me helpful advice.

We have a copy of significant previous medical history provided by GPs with every referral. We do not have access to military health records.
During the hour long initial assessment patients have with us time is allowed for them to provide any additional information they feel will be helpful

Very caring of my symptoms
This is the second time I have had to use the B2H clinic and I have, like before, found all the staff very friendly and helpful and Alex the osteopath very caring of my symptoms and professional in her approach to exercise physio on the concerned areas in my back and neck.

I found my Chiropractor Mr Attwood, very easy to converse with. He explained in advance all the proposed treatment he intended to use during the session and I felt at ease throughout.

Comfortable and friendly atmosphere
Comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Talked through problems I was experiencing without being rushed easy to talk to. When being told what was happening with my shoulder and neck was explained very clearly and not bombarded with jargon which I didn't understand.
