It can be difficult to find time to prioritise looking after ourselves when we have other responsibility. However for back and neck pain all guidelines on best treatment recommend people do some exercise to help with mobility and strength. Without these any other care is going to be less likely to help.

It is not unusual to feel some discomfort the day after any manual therapy. Over a course of care this usually settles. Taking on board the advice for self help as well as exercise is particular useful in providing longer lasting benefit.

Very understanding and helpful with any questions I found difficult. I am waiting for a new hearing aid as the one I have now isnt good and Philippa was so patient and kind so thank you so much not everyone is like that.

Gave me the right exercises to do

Duana gave me the right exercises to do at home and fee suggestions and I feel better now. She also suggested me to do Pilates... Well I started yesterday and I can feel even better!
