Very friendly experience

As this was my first visit, it was about explaining what my problems were, mainly, I was listened to attentively and felt comfortable. I was given some exercises to do before the next appointment, and had some acupuncture while I was there. In all a very friendly experience.

We understand it is frustrating to have a recurring problem. As your pain had stopped when you came to us we were able to advise on exercises and other steps you might take to reduce the likelihood of further flare ups and what you should do if the problem returns. There is no treatment that can be done to someone with intermittent back pain which will remove the chance of future episodes.

Very good experience

The experience visiting Back2Health was very good. Andy Attwood is such a valuable assist to the NHS service. He has performed all what's necessary to get my back better. Treatment was good, exercises are straight forward. And a really good report written back to doctor Hullah. Highly recommend. Thank you to all who helped me.
