Careful and gentle approach

As my back is so painful I really appreciated Andy's careful and gentle approach and the feedback at each stage. His listening skills and his professional knowledge gave me confidence. I feel sure he will do everything he can to reduce my pain levels and improve my sleep patterns.

You will have been referred to us by the specialist triage team in the Hampshire Backs Service as they feel a course of care with us is more likely to help you than any of the other options for care they can offer.
Should you not improve we can ask them to review this and possibly other options will then be felt to me appropriate.

Not fully understanding the system I found it confusing to be sent for treatment before seeing a doctor and to be sent all over the place for the treatment.

Parking very poor. Not happy with the referral have already had a course of physio therapy at the hospital earlier this year, am in a lot of pain and thought i would be seeing Mr Harker by now! Will continue with treatment recommended in the hope that i will get some relief and no damage will be done.

If you have been asked to see us then the triage team of the Hampshire Back Service feel a course of therapy is more likely to help you than an orthopaedic intervention.
We are sorry if you have found the parking difficult - there is a patient car park right infant of the clinic and usually it is not difficult to get in.

There was just a little confusion as I was expecting a triage phone appointment that didn't actually happen and in the meantime an appointment was made with the chiropractor, but apart from that the whole thing has been very pleasing.

We are sorry for any confusion. Your GP's original referral will have been assessed by the triage center (Hampshire Backs) and they will have subsequently asked us to see you because it was felt a course of our care was the most likely treatment to help you feel better. If they have enough information from a GP the triage center will not speak to patients directly.

Well I think he is a brilliant chiropractor, he really knows what he's talking about when it comes to your back. I've never met anyone who knows so much before, very happy with the place, would highly recommend it to anyone.
