Back2Health Appointment

I was referred to see a chiropractor because I've had physio before and I do all the exercises I was given and it's not helping. Back2Health have booked me in with a physio. (I only found this out from her email signature in an email after my first session- if I'd found out earlier I would have asked to be booked in with someone else). After the session she sent an email with exercises in it, it said "I've included exercises to help with your lower back pain", I do not have lower back pain.

We provide NHS chiropractic, physiotherapy and osteopathy. Unfortunately the referral information did not mention your being seen by a chiropractor. Had it been we would have made an appointment for you to see one. The team will be in touch with you to arrange this now.

The email sent with your initial appointment information should have included the name and qualification of the clinician you were to see.

I hope the exercises which would have been produced specifically for you, were appropriate for your neck complaint and it was a mistake by for these to come out with a note referring to lower back pain.
