Very quick response from seeing doctor to being booked in on the referral. Polite, efficient and effective treatment, clear communication and had a feeling that the lady projected an interest even though my situation was graded as low case. High standard of service.

Looking forward to my next consultation
Always apprehensive at any sort of treatment, I was immediately put at ease by Phillipa. After the initial consultation, she was able to do some simple tests with me. We made further appointments and I have since received some exercises to do. I am actually looking forward to my next consultation.

My first appointment
My first appointment and I was seen by a Mr/Dr Jonathan Field who was a very polite and understanding man regarding my past lower back history. He explained fully what his diagnosis was and he gave me some acupuncture which I hadn't ever had before. This along with daily exercises and heat pads have made a great difference.
