The physio spent time asking questions

The physio spent time asking questions to understand the issue, she then explained her treatment plan clearly and asked if I had any questions before she started. I left with exercises and a follow up appointment and she explained how I could contact her if I had questions in the meantime

Patients are referred to us by an expert triage service provided by North Hampshire Hospital Foundation Trust.
For most cases of spinal pain imaging is not helpful when deciding on the best care. However the triage service will have arranged any investigation if they felt it would be appropriate before deciding where a patient should have treatment

Appointment at Back Active

The appointment was on time, so no long waiting. I've only had one session so far and my problem was diagnosed with an action plan and exercises put in place until the next session. These have been booked. The chiropractor was pleasant and informative. I have no problems recommending this practice.

I had my first assessment a few days ago. The Clinician was extremely helpful, he listened to what I was saying and devised a plan of treatment according to my needs. My first treatment is scheduled for the coming week.
