Very pleased
The lady I met, Sophia, you couldn't have asked for a nicer person, she listened to everything I said, which I do talk a lot, she explained things so I could understand everything I had to do until my next appointment and gave me exercises to do, which have made me hurt more, so it must be doing something. I did forget to tell her that part of my job is heaving big barrels of beer around our cellar, but I'll tell her next time. It was mostly consultation as it was my first appointment, but she did find most of my sore points on examination. I was very pleased with how it went. Thank you.

My visit was very helpful, lots of information about my posture and exercises to help my neck. Treatment at the visit also helped, although very painful at the time, look forward to my next visit to see if it's helped.

It is not unusual for therapy (chiropractic, Physiotherapy or osteopathy) to be uncomfortable during a session and for some discomfort to last into the next day. For most people this is felt to be an expected consequence of care.
If you feel the discomfort you felt was marked please mention it to your clinician who will be able to modifity their treatment for you.

Phillipa was very thorough and good at explaining what was happening with my neck and shoulder. I felt reassured that she will be able to help with the pain. I also received a very detailed letter outlining the proposed treatment which is very useful.
