A good experience

Punctual which is a good start. The Consultant I see made me feel relaxed, asked lots of questions, poked, prodded and tapped various parts of my back and legs and gave me a series of exercises to help with my recovery. All in all a good experience which I believe was worthwhile. Thank you

The NHS service we provide is based on best evidence guidelines. This indicates that some patients do as well or better with advice on activity and exercises rather than a long course of care.
We understand this may be frustrating if you are expecting hands on therapy but the NHS have developed this service to help patients get well as quickly as possible.
