A positive experience

For me, BACK/ACTIVE has been a positive experience in a very particular sense since I personally avoid pill-popping to relieve aches and pains. It is a pleasure to gain relief by the exercises prescribed. The results encourage the patient to keep going.

We take patients privacy very seriously. Most of our consultation rooms do have screens but where we provide services in premises not run by us these are not always available. Chaperones are arranged when a patient or practitioners feels they are appropriate.
Clinicians are trained to step outside for patients to change should a screen not be available.

I felt that I was really listened to and my problem was explained to me in a straight forward manner which was understandable. I also left knowing that my problem will be made better as I have treatment and carry out the exercises given to me.

Back Active

The physiotherapist I met was lovely and very professional. However I had been to led to believe the first appointment was an hour long - evaluation and then a little treatment. Instead it was 30 minutes and solely evaluation. After all the tests and prodding I was left in a more painful state than when I went in. It will be almost 3weeks before I see her now for the first session where I believe I will get treatment.
