Open and understanding

On my first visit to the back2Health clinic I found the person who treated me ( Mrs Emma Wilson ) very open and understanding to what I had to say and very informative, I have started to do some exercises given to me and hope that future visits will get my back feeling much better.

Appointment to establish what is causing my neck pain

I found my appointment very helpful and productive. It was established very quickly the cause of my problem. I was given treatment the same day and advised how I can help myself.

I was listened to. Questioned,examined, and given treatment. I was treated with kindness and dignity a little humour too.
I was comfortable and confident in everything that was happening and exercises explained I was told I would feel the effects of the treatment this was the case.

Sophia at Back2Health is amazing

Sophia is amazing. She has a really great way of putting you an ease whilst quickly and effectively working out the issue and finding a way to resolve it . Her homework exercises are also great as they help build a more sustainable treatment.

Everyone was really nice and reassuring

I like how they explain what they’re going to do at the beginning of the session to make sure you’re okay with it and I found that everyone was really nice and reassuring in case someone is a bit worried or nervous

I was very pleased when I received my first appointment (NHS) very promptly followed up with an e-mail confirmation. The practitioner I saw on the day was very gentle and thorough in her examination to find the route of my pain.
