Experience was good. Lady I saw was lovely but I had been referred to see a chiropractor and had been allocated the oesteo instead. Can't fault the service just an admin mix up. Bit too early to comment otherwise.

Matt was excellent.....thorough and easy to talk however your receptionist could do with some interpersonal skills training. She was quite abrupt and then never spoke to me after that....very cold and unwelcoming.

Your comments regarding the way you felt in reception are concerning. Our patients should be their main priority and it sound like they fell below expected standards on this occasion. We will be talking to all receptionists to remind them that however busy they are with other tasks they should not ignore people in the waiting area.
