I have only had a consultation I will wait to see what the treatments are like I'm not impressed that the osteopath I saw will now be off for sometime and my treatment will be with someone else

We understand that continuation of care is important. However our clinicians have to take time off for holidays when we arrange for treatment to be continued by another appropriate person.

He explained things very clearly

Personally I have had some bad experiences with chiropractors over the years and had lost all faith in them, until I had an appointment with John Stephens at back active.
He explained things very clearly and the treatment he gave helped me massively.

Very pleased with consultation I had but marked down as email address was wrong on system even though I had checked it twice by telephone and consultant checked it during my appointment. Result was that I didn't get the exercises I had to do until I contacted and chased up.
