The lady l saw was very helpful

I've only had one session at the moment with acupuncture and this was on Saturday, so hopefully by the second appointment l should know if it's working.The lady l saw was very helpful in explaining what my symptoms are.

I saw Phillippa Bates and she was very helpful and professional. She has given me some exercises to do at home. I would recommend Hampshire back for people with back problems.

I got and appointment very quickly. And the lady I saw I felt I got examined properly for the first time. And that has made it so I can see her on forthcoming appointments

Your Appointment At Back Active

I was most satisfied with my first visit. I have been given exercises for my back which I am doing.

It would have been helpful to have been told. how many times to do each one. I came away feeling that something positive to help my problem of numb feet was being done.

Just one session so far but found it very helpful

I have only had one session from Back Active so far but I have found it very helpful. The session covered different ways to improve my posture and mobility and relieve pain.

Andy was very professional and able to understand my body’s complexities and look at the problem from a different perspective from others.
