Although Kelvin couldn't help my actual problem, he was so helpful and has ensured a more appropriate referral is in the pipeline. Plus, he was so friendly and approachable, he really put me at ease.

Very highly recommended

I had a lovely welcome from Beth. She went over my health plan with me thoroughly. I had some treatment and then was advised about some exercises. Booked the next 3 visits before I left so I know i can have them on days I want and times that are suitable for me.
Before I got home all 3 appointments and exercises were e-mailed to me, such a lovely lady.
Very highly recommended.

The treatment once started has been excellent. Although not cured progress is good and I feel that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Explained in very clear detail

I had a very relaxing first meeting with my specialist which was very important to me as I suffer with severe depression and anxiety and I would have to have left the meeting if I felt uncomfortable, but the specialist made me feel very much at ease and explained in very clear detail the procedures I would be going through to help me with my pain and what would happen in the future appointments.
