Superb Chiropractic Treatment With Wayne.
I've seen Wayne for two courses of treatment, interestingly both toddler related! Clearly my kids have become too heavy and awkward at the same time over a period of two years difference. Wayne is a superb professional, knows exactly what he is doing and is just a nice guy. I never wanted to see a chiropractor as to be honest I was scared, but I shouldn't have been ever. Instantly felt at ease with Wayne and he explained exactly what was going on, and what I needed to do supplement the treatment.
Every time I have attended a session I have left feeling better (which is ultimately what you want), but also, and crucially, he's been really clear when there is no need to go back. It would be really easy to say "oh yeah keep coming back", but he knows when you can cope and with exercises and stretches etc can cope on your own. I can't recommend Wayne enough...

Back 2 Health as helped me so much, I am grateful. Wayne has done excellent job for my neck pain and back. I couldn't even rest properly because of my neck constantly in pain, only could walk for a bit and now am thinking of starting to the gym this summer. So the saying is true.... Back to health. thank you.
