It was a real pleasure to visit Back Active from booking my appointment to being seen by a very nice Lady
Linn Sandhaugen.
She explained everything about my back problem, and it was never too much trouble to stop her to ask questions.
It was such a relief to walk out and not have pain, having everything explained was so helpful.

Excellent service from the moment I arrived, Cherry the receptionist was super nice and helpful. Wayne was superb in handling my case... I was extremely anxious but his compassion, understanding and his jovial personality put me at ease straight away. He certainly knows his craft and I was pleased with all the thorough work he carried out.

I was very impressed how by only asking a few pertinent questions, Wayne was able to understand my health problems and to start various treatments including acupuncture, ultra sound and manipulation and to give me neck stretching exercises.

When I feel my left side lower back doesn’t feel right, before it goes ping and I can’t move I book in with Wayne. Fixes my back every time

An appointment next day, followed by an assertive consultation including traditional chiropractic techniques complimented with acupuncture was wrapped up with a competent explanation of my injury and some recommended exercises.

The practice checked in by phone a week later to assess my progress, which had improved beyond need for further appointments.

No hesitation in recommending these guys, I just hope I don't need them any time soon !
