I love visiting the practice, everyone is very welcoming and polite. The notice board is full of useful information.
I visit the practice to have my neck and back treated, as when I leave I am free of pain.

Back Active Southsea
I met Wayne for the first time on Saturday 04/10/23. I have tried various other practices across the city but never felt they had really achieved what I needed them to do. However, Wayne listened to where my aches and pains were, knew exactly how to manipulate me to achieve the releases that I needed. I can honestly say that I have never felt so relieved and pain free in all my adult years.
