Been coming to Back Active with various problems over a few years, knees, neck, shoulder and back, this happens as one gets older the body starts to say "Help!". Back Active gives me that help. Highly recommended.

It was my first time ever going to a Chiropractor and I have to say Wayne is a great guy! Incredibly friendly and welcoming, he really cares about his patients!
I went in very stiff and locked up and walked out feeing like a new man! I highly recommend Wayne to anybody in Portsmouth that’s looking for a Chiropractor! Great place to go!

I had never needed to visit a chiropractor before but I was in such pain before my visit. I was instantly put at ease with Wayne’s friendly manner and reassurance. Within a few hours, the majority of my pain had eased and had increased mobility. Highly recommend!

A brilliant service
This was such a brilliant service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the chiropractor was brilliant, so knowledgeable and skilled. I came out feeling so much better.
