Both dental technicians I saw were professional, friendly and efficient. I always feel really anxious going to the dentist but they helped to put me at ease. I wouldn’t want to go to any other dentist surgery ?

I needed an appointment due to a problem with my gums which wouldn’t mend. I phoned and lady on reception recommended I phone at 9 am next day for an emergency appointment which I did.
I need treatment but have to wait until August as only 1 NHS dentist. I am waiting in the cancellations queue.

I'd made a emergency appointment, but turned up on the wrong day, the receptionist was really understanding, and asked the dentist if he would still see me, saw me straight away and sorted out my problem, excellent.

Saw Jonathan the hygienist. I’d spent most of the day worrying and flapping about the appointment. I really didn’t need to worry. Jonathan and his assistant were so friendly. I felt immediately at ease.
