Lovely helpful receptionists. I was in agony with an abscess diagnosed by the dentist who prescribed antibiotics. After taking just 3 tablets the pain has eased, I'm so grateful and will continue of course until the whole pack is finished.

South Normanton Dental Practice
The dentist always makes you feel like a lower-class citizen asking if you pay for treatment. I'm off work as my daughter is disabled it's not by choice. He gave me a choice last visit to attempt a root canal again or fill it. If the filling doesn't work then go again for a root canal. Yesterday some of his fillings fell off. He then said I'd need to pay for specialist root canal treatment elsewhere after knowing I can't pay for treatment. Going back on his original choice of root canal or filling. This is not the first time he's offered me fillings at 300 pounds each which left me leaving my teeth again because I couldn't pay that amount. It should be equal for all without feeling you are a waste of space. Everybody's case is different and a professional's opinion on paying for treatment or not should be kept to themselves. I've totally lost faith in the dentist now. If this tooth goes he isn't prepared to do a root canal as he originally stated. I don't need more hassle than I have on a daily basis.

Lovely, caring and puts you at ease
My dentist Eve is lovely, caring and puts you at ease. I wish that she wasn’t leaving, as a nervous patient it’s hard getting a dentist that’s understanding, she will definitely be missed.

As a very nervous patient I was reassured and made to feel at ease by the dentist who was very knowledgeable and helped to calm me down by explaining everything and making sure l was comfortable at all times.
