We were seen as soon as we got there, slightly before our appointment time so no waiting around.

From the receptionist to the dentist I felt at ease and had exceptional treatment.

Got an emergency appointment and the treatment I received was excellent.

Well, what can I say. Spoke to Sheena on Friday, explained I needed some broken teeth sorting out prior to surgery I am due to have in November. Sheena was very open and explained the situation at the practice and that it might be difficult to get me in to see anyone. She explained she would speak with a dentist on Monday and get back to me.
On Monday Sheena called me back. She had been unable to speak with a dentist but offered me a cancellation appointment that afternoon which I accepted.
One tooth was filled and the other was removed.
Excellent service by both Sheena and Eve the dentist ( not my normal dentist), she was very thorough and explained in detail everything she was doing. Can’t thank you enough. If my problem teeth hadn’t been sorted prior to my surgery then it would likely be cancelled.

I am a 58 year old man who's life experiences around dentists hasn't been the best. Unfortunately my love for sweets and the like and my inability to look after my teeth led to not having many of my own left! I spoke with my dentist Eve Cain about the possibility of dentures, unfortunately I'm allergic to titanium so implants weren't an option and eventually after much soul searching I decided to give it a chance.
Eve made me a plan of several visits were impressions were taken, a couple of broken teeth were repaired, some that had broken off and needed removing and others that just needed taking out. Photos, lots of photos were also taken and then my new teeth were put in.
Every step of the way Eve explained everything, what she was doing, why she was doing it and what I could expect at each stage. She was absolutely amazing. I trusted her to do what she'd promised and for me to smile again without the self doubt of my horrible teeth.
Regardless of what life throws at us, I smile. When I have my photo taken, I smile. It is without any doubt one of the best decisions I've ever made, trusting in the ability of my wonderful dentist who's patience and skill as given me confidence and self belief I didn't realise had been damaged so much.
It's now been a few weeks since I had my new teeth and with every passing day they become more a part of me. The irony of cleaning my dentures twice a day, brushing my remaining teeth twice a day along with mouth care etc isn't lost on me. It isn't a chore it's something I take pleasure in because of what it gives me in return. The only negative being I wish I'd realised that 50 years ago.
I wish I'd had a dentist like Eve all those years ago but I'm so happy she's my dentist now.
