Eve was exceptional couldn't wish for a better dentist. For a complicated patient she really was a hero in disguise. Kept me calm and took her time even running overtime to get the job done correctly and at the same keeping the customer happy. <3

Everyone put me at ease

I was really happy with how reassuring staff were, and how well the dentist explained everything she was doing before she did it. I have a major phobia of the dentist, but everyone put me at ease.

My experience

Nothing, still can't go back to reception to book next appointments. Not sending appointment reminders anymore and wasn't even allowed to book next appointment.
All my gums were bleeding after scaling and was not even given water to rinse my mouth out.

Thank you for taking time to offer feedback on our practice. As we are currently working with only two dentists, we are not booking appointments in advance at present, as this makes the appointment booking too far in advance for anyone wishing to book a routine check up.
Sending reminders was only a courtesy and as we are not pre booking, there would be no need for this service.
Hopefully we will soon be fully recruited and able to get back to pre-booking.
I have made enquiries into the rinse situation that you mentioned, and all surgeries still do have a beaker of water on the side for you to take.
As you have not left your name, I am unable to look further into this matter.

A wonderful dentist

Eve is a wonderful dentist who is gentle and reassuring throughout treatment. I’m sorry to know that she is moving on soon but wish her well and hope her replacement is every bit as good.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, I called with a broken tooth and missing filling and was sorted out quick. My filling is better than the one that dropped out. Thank you Suheal you did a great job.

My experience

The treatment with the hygienist was very good. On leaving I asked the receptionist when my next check up was due and was told I didn’t have one booked. She told me no appointments are being made because they only have 2 dentists now, 5 have gone private, and to ring again in December. Having been a patient there for many years I find this very worrying. I cannot afford to go private.

Thank you for taking time to offer feedback on our practice. Unfortunately at present, we are waiting to recruit a new dentist and then will be booking in regular checkups.
We have lost 5 dentists recently, but they have left the practice, and are not conducting as private dentists at this surgery.
