My experience

I was rushed through my apartment. Had a mouth full of blood and debris after and was not offered mouth rinse or tissue to clean up.

Dear Sir
Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback on our practice.
After checking your records, I can see that you were in the surgery chair for 14 minutes. (15 minutes is the normal appointed time for your treatment).
Due to the current pandemic, we no longer fill a cup ready with rinse, however we would have happily given you one, had you requested this.
As a learning point from your feedback, the nurse will now ask the patient if they would like one, prior to them leaving.

All spacial distances still in place & face mask are worn. Receptionist pleasant & caring.
The hygienist did a great job and teeth look brilliant. All staff are very caring. Thank you.

Emergency appointment

It was an emergency appointment, they got me in that day and the dentist sorted it straight away and gave me great advice for looking after my teeth in general not just for the issue. Very professional and made me feel at complete ease. Thank you.

Highly recommend this dentist and the air-flow cleaning technique. I was desperate for a clean after having difficulty getting the treatment in France and I was very impressed after I looked in the mirror. The staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease.
